Every evening I fill a copper pot with filtered water and leave it on the counter. By morning it is the first thing I reach for, mostly because it is already there and I do not have to think about it. That is the whole system.
The water picks up small trace amounts of copper overnight. Copper is a mineral the body uses quietly for blood health and general balance. We used to get it passively from pipes and cookware. Most of us do not anymore. A pinch of mineral salt, a copper pot, and the habit builds itself. My whole family drinks it without me having to say a word.
The Field Card covers what you need, the nightly protocol, and the one thing you should never put in a copper vessel.
