Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Because we offer a mix of curated and handmade items, return instructions and addresses may vary depending on the item.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care and wellness products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift Cards
- Sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside of our control.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
