There is a little jar of white powder sitting by every sink in our house. If you didn't know better you might think it was sugar. It's borax. And I reach for it more than just about anything else we keep on hand.
One ingredient. Cuts grease, gets the garden out from under your fingernails, and costs almost nothing. I didn't find it through a trend. I came back to it. There's a reason it was in every public restroom for decades. It just worked.
