Spice Cabinet Mouthwash Field Card

My husband is a mouthwash guy. If it did not burn, he did not think it was working. I understood that. But most store-bought mouthwash is strong enough to wipe out the good bacteria right along with the bad, and your digestion starts in your mouth. That seemed worth paying attention to.

Cinnamon, cloves, a little coconut oil, and a mason jar. Five minutes of effort and the rest is just waiting. Clean, a little spicy, and nothing that scorches the earth to get the job done. My husband still uses it. That is probably the most convincing thing I can tell you.
