Mason Jar Sprouts Field Card
The garden and I are still working things out. Sprouts on the counter, though, I have got those figured out. Four to five days, a mason jar, a mesh lid, and seeds. Most of that time you are just going about your day. And the flavor is nothing like the bland alfalfa you have been ignoring your whole life. Radish, broccoli, clover, alfalfa. It tastes like something. Broccoli sprouts also carry roughly 100 times more enzymes than mature broccoli, which helps your body actually absorb what you are eating.
